Bag Sewing Machine / Bag Closer Machine / Mašina Za Šivenje Vreća


Sewing machines, closing bags, sacks, belong to the group of industrial sewing machines. There are two types of bag machines, these are portable and static. Portable bag sewing machines are therefore of the portable type, the worker holds it in his hand and sews the opening of the bag with some contents. Most often they are agricultural products, flour, chemicals of all kinds, seeds, fodder ... less often cement and construction products .... etc, the same goes for stable ones. Static bag closing machines are fixed to the carrier, usually above the moving conveyor belt, where the worker only guides the edge of the bag to the machine and the rest is automated with automatic thread cutting.
Mašine za šivenje, zatvaranje vreća, džakova, spadaju u grupu industrijskih šivaćih mašina. Postoje dvije vrse šivalica za vreće, to su portabl i statične. Portabl mašine za šivanje vreća su znači prenosivog tipa, radnik je drži u ruci i vrši zašivanje otvora vreće sa nekim sadržajem. Najčešće su to poljoprivredni proizvodi, brašno, hemikalije svih vrsta, sjemenke, stočna hrana...rjeđe cement i proizvodi za građevinarstvo....itd, isto važi i za stabilne. Statične mašine za zatvaranje vreća su fiksirane na nosač, najčešće iznad pokretne transportne trake, gdje radnik samo navodi rub vreće na mašinu a ostatak je automatizovan sa automatskim odsijecanjem konca.

There are portable  machines that can be fixed to the conveyor belt if necessary, and also removed and transferred to the appropriate position for sewing the bag.
Prenosive mašine za vreće se obično kačaju za takozvani "balanser", uloga balansera je da mašinu drži statičnom ali za njeno pokretanje je potrebna veoma mala sila, problem je što su te mašine tešine oko 5 kg, pa i više, ovisno o modelu i dugotrajno držanje mašine u ruci bi bilo nemoguće a pravilost rada loša. Balanserom se postiže da mašina proizvodi lijep i ravan štep. Šivalicu za vreće okačiti na balanser oko 10-tak cm iznad džakova koji se zašivaju. U manjim proizvodnim pogonima se vrši prenos mašine, što otežava posao. Postoje portabl prenosive mašine koje se mogu po potrebi i fiksirati na pokretnu traku a i skinuti i prenijeti do odgovarajuće pozicije za zašivanje vreće.

The thread in some models is protected by a plastic basket, which prevents unnecessary delays due to hanging the thread, there is a special thread for sewing bags and its thickness is usually about 10. Sewing the bag is done in three ways, it is usually closing, sewing with single or double folding and sewing with extra-crepe tape, the extra tape can be a combination of paper and thin textile. Da se sad malo vratimo na sam šivaći stroj za vreće: radi se o strojevima prilično "jednostavne" konstrukcije, najčešće su sa jednom iglom i jednim koncem, mada postoje i sa jednom iglom i dva konca ili sa dvije igle. Šivalica za vreće sa jednom iglom i dva konca, gornji i donji, proizvode nešto jači štep, sa "lica" je to kao ravni štep na običnoj mašini a sa naličja je tzv.lančani štep. Za donji konac ne postoji klasični "grajfer", u pitanju je mehanizam sličan kao kod iberdek mašine. Gornji konac "hvata" jedna deblja kukasta "igla" (eng.looper).regulacija napetosti konca se vrši po potrebi, gleda se "lanac štep", mora biti razvučen i bez skupljanja materijala . Konac je kod nekih modela zaštićen plastičnom korpicom, što sprečava bespotrebne zastoje zbog kačanja konca, postoji poseban konac za zašivanje vreća i njegova debljina je obično oko 10-tke. Zašivanje vreće se vrši na tri načina, to je obično zatvaranje, zašivanje uz jednostruko ili dvostruko preklapanje i zašivanje sa dodatnom-krep trakom, dodatna traka može biti kombinacija papira i tanknog tekstila. Ubodna pločica i stopice su sa prednje strane pod određenim uglom radi lakšeg prihvatanja materijala, znamo da se vreće prave od svega i svačega ali.....

uglavnom je to: papir, najlonske tkanine, juta, kombinacija tkanine i papira...zbog tog ugla nema potrebe za podizanjem stopice, donji transporti zupci imaju veliku oscilaciju kretanja i bez problema prihvataju i vuku materijal. Potrebana je i određeni oprez pri radu sa ovim mašinama, mada su povrede veoma rijetke.
Kada se vreća prošije sa druge strane mašine postoji rezač konca u koji se jednostano ubaci završetak i nakratko starta mašina i time se vrši njegovo presijecanje. Na priloženim slikama vidimo i posudice sa uljem koje se nalaze na...

Radi se o industrijskim mašinama koje su prilično opterećenje, debljina igle je najčešće 2 mm, ako se tome doda da su uvjeti rada u konstantnoj prašini onda je češće i obilnije podmazivanje neminovno, naročito kod abrazivnih materijala. Osim redovnog podmazivanja potrebno je bar jednom u par dana dobro otprašiti zrakom stopicu, iglenjaču i hvatač konca i solidno podmazati. Kod abrazivnih materijala to je potrebno svakodnevno, ili će te morati veoma često mijenjati dijelove koji su u suštini kod ove vrste mašine "potrošni materijal": ubodna pločica, donji transporter, igle (needle DNx1 - 200/25), hvatač konca, zupčasti remen...
Elekromotri na šivalici za vreće je obićno do 150W snage, brzina uboda je od 1500-1800 uboda u minuti, na nekim modelima postoji posebi potenciometar za regulaciju ili se nalazi direktno na glavnom prekidaču, dužina boda je fiksna i kreće se oko 6-7 mm.......
