Can you explain the difference between the Bernina 802 and 807 sewing machines, thank you
ReplyDeleteThey are essentially identical machines, there are differences in the external appearance and motor-speed control assembly, mechanically identical machines.
DeleteI am trying to figure out how to buy a manual but don't see any good directions.
ReplyDeleteClick the "How To Buy" thumbnail, a new window with a payment instructions will open, thank you
DeleteHello, I am looking for the schematic board of the transformer for models 1120 to 1630, do you have it? Thank you
Delete"schematic board of the transformer for Bernina 1120"?
DeleteIf you understand electronics I don't think you need the schematic of the transformer, it's a very simple part, I'm not an electronics guy but I know there are primary and secondary windings, I don't have the schematic you're looking for, check the rest of the circuit board.
I can't find the section where I can see or buy the instructions to see the schematic of the Bernina 1130 transformer. I bought the 1130 service manual and also the 1630 service manual and in both is a page where it shows the transformer but only 5 components are specified, it doesnt help to much. I would need the schematic where it explain what function each component has so there is an opportunity to repair it. I hope you can help me on that.
DeleteHi, do you have a Bernina 930 parts diagram that shows all the parts diagram of the machine?? I looked on your list, but did not see one for 930 parts diagram for sale unless I missed it.
ReplyDeletePlease let me know. I am in USA and am having problems taking off the top knob of the machine, so I thought it might be helpful to see a parts diagram of it. My top knob is stuck. I just bought it from eBay. I think it is a good machine, just hadn’t been used for awhile. Thank you,
Unfortunately, I do not currently have a parts catalog for the Bernina 930 Record.
DeleteYou have a problem with the top button, and you want to remove it?? I assume it's the zig zag width and needle position button.?
It can happen that due to a long time it simply gets stuck, I wouldn't recommend taking it off immediately, try heating it with a hair dryer
and lubricate, if you don't get a favorable result, then you will be taken off, on our YouTube channel there is a detailed description of how to do it.
We have acquired a parts catalog for the Bernina 930 Record, see the list.!
DeleteWhat is the catalog number foot pedal for Bernina 830 Record electronic ?
ReplyDeleteThe Bernina 830 Record parts catalog contains that information.
DeleteI'm looking for the B700 repair manuals
ReplyDeleteVintage bernina 700 service manual pdf;
Deleteunfortunately I don't have that, I'm not sure if that service manual even exists, I have a parts catalog;
what problem are you having with your Bernina 700 sewing machine, it is one of the simplest Bernina models in general.?
I inherited a Bernina 1020. It runs, but the lever on the stitch length is not working correctly. When I turn it to increase the stitch length, it is fine until 2mm, after that, the knob continues to turn, but the lever does move downward automatically while turning. I can slide it downward while turning, however. And the stitch length seems longer when it turn it to increase the length, even though the lever bounces back up, showing that it is still on a 2 mm length. Any suggestions on what might be wrong and how to fix it?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure you can inspect and fix it yourself, you need to completely remove the front buttons panel, I think it will be enough to access the forward/reverse lever. Perform an insection of the complete scope. I also recommend the service manual (link above in the post)
DeleteHi, I just purchased a used Bernina 1090. I need a manual that shows diagrams of where all of the screws go for the interior and exterior panels. The needle bar wasn't working so I opened it up and was able to fix by oiling a latch that had seized up. However, when putting all the panels back, I got the screws mixed up and now I am unable to properly close the back and side exterior panels. There are some long screws, some short screws and nothing seems to fit just right so a diagram might help. I see you have a Bernina 1090 Teilakatalog. Will this catalog display the locations and images of the screws? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteEach screw has its own catalog number with the associated position on the sewing machine, I cannot know if this information is sufficient for you.
DeleteYou are purchasing a digital item and a return is not possible.
Best regards
I'm sorry if this has already been answered. What is and where do I get "grease"?
ReplyDeleteYou are probably asking what grease to use when lubricating Bernina sewing machines.?
DeleteSynthetic grease is recommended, look for a small package in larger shopping centers, apply to open sliding surfaces and gears, very little, no need to over grease.
I am looking for a service manual for a Bernina 801. Does 807 service manual cover the 801. My machine is NOT the sport model. Thank you for your help.
ReplyDeleteYou have a Bernina 801 "classic" in white color, I don't currently have a service manual for the Bernina 801, I don't know if there is one, the service manual for the Bernina 807 does not cover the 801 model, the difference is minimal, the 801 has the option of making buttonholes while the 807 does not, everything else is the same.
DeleteDo you have a Bernina 530 Record service manual, thanks.?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I don't have it, I tried to get it myself but I didn't succeed, it seems that it is very rare or does not exist at all, as soon as I manage to get it it will be listed in the above list, I have a parts catalog for the Bernina 530 Record #1. Hello to you
DeleteBernina 530 Record Service Manual;
DeleteIf anyone has a link where you can buy the mentioned manual, please send it to me in the comments, thanks.
Bernina 530 Record Service Manual is now available, see listing above.
DeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteI am trying to find a service manual/.adjustment guide for a Bernina 530. Would you have this in stock? I don't seem to find it in the list.
Many thanks in advance!
Unfortunately I don't have it, I only have the parts catalog for the Bernina 530 Record at the moment, I will definitely try to get it.
DeleteIs there a way to tell if a Bernina 930 Electronic has the needle up/down feature if the foot control is missing? I know there are two types of foot controls for these machines but I don't know which to connect and if there is harm in connecting the wrong one. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThe Bernina 930 Record has the option of adjusting the needle so that when the machine is stopped, it stops in the up or down position,
Deletesome Bernina 910 models have a foot control with which the needle can be lowered, I haven't seen that in the 930 model.
Any check is only possible with foot control.
