The basic model DNU 1541 does not have any accessories, the standard purely mechanical machine, the main difference between them is that the JUKI bottom-1541s and 1541-7 have some accessories that improve the characteristics and facilitate the work.

Jedan od prošlih postova je bio o modelu Juki DNU-241H, u tom postu sam spomenuo ovaj model Juki mašine o kojemu je danas riječ; radi se o nasljedniku pomenutog modela oznake Juki DNU-1541(osnovni model), nešto savršeniji su Juki DNU-1541S i DNU 1541-7. Osnovni model DNU 1541 nema nikakvih dodataka, standardna čisto mehanička mašina, osnovna razlika između njih je u tome što JUKI dnu-1541s i 1541-7 imaju neki dodataka koji poboljšavaju karakteristike i olakšavaju rad.

Zamajac (glavna remenica na"glavi"mašine) je prečnika 160 mm, igle koje se koriste su standardne 135x17 a debljina je promljeniva, zavisno od materijala koji se obrađuje. Još jedna karakteristika je sigurnosni mehanizam na donoj nazubljenoj remenici, u slučaju bilo kavog zastoja, nagomilavanje velike količine jakog konca na grajfer i ili bilo koja blokada, taj mehanizam će spriječiti eventualno teže oštećenje mašine. Na masinu se mogu dodavati i mijenjati razni oblici stopica za keder trake, umetnuti kanap, paspuliranje itd,to su dodatni dijelovi i mislim da se kupiju naknadno. Juki 1541 posjeduje veliki rotirajući grajfer sa velikom spulnom. Podmazivanje je u osnovi sa dva centralna rezervoara, gornji i donji, u njima treba redovno održavati određene nivoe ulja, donji rezervoar posjeduje i par plastičnih pristupnih čepova za eventualno korigovanje i popravak mašine. Razvođenje ulja je pomoću tzv, fitilja umetnutog u plastične cjevčice, podrazumijeva se da je i ručno podmazivanje određenih dijelova poželjno. Ležajevi su uglavnom klizni sa kombinacijom kotrljajućih-igličastih ležaja. O ovom modelu bi se imalo još što šta napisati, opet su do izražaja došli japanska preciznost i kvalitet. Po meni jedini, uslovno kazani"nedostatak"je cijena, zavisno od modela od 2000 $ (SAD) pa na dalje, da li ih ima na našim prostorima kod ovlaštenih dilera ne znam, ako ima bi bila sigurno možda i skuplja...
